These six principles guide every data handling decision at 599jl. They are obligations we hold ourselves to, not aspirational statements.
SSL Encryption End-to-End
All data transmitted between your device and the 599jl platform is protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Your login credentials, personal details, and financial information are never transmitted in plain text over any network connection.
Secure Data Storage
Personal data is stored on access-controlled servers with encrypted storage at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. 599jl does not store complete payment card numbers or full GCash credentials on its own servers.
No Unnecessary Data Collection
599jl collects only the personal information necessary to operate the platform, comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and fulfill our obligations under the Data Privacy Act. We do not collect data for which we have no documented purpose.
Your Data Rights Are Honored
Under RA 10173, Filipino data subjects have the right to access, correct, erase, and object to the processing of their personal data. 599jl provides a straightforward process for exercising all of these rights through your account settings or via our support team.
NPC & PAGCOR Compliant
599jl's data handling practices are designed to meet the requirements of the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) under RA 10173, as well as any data governance requirements specified by PAGCOR as part of our operating obligations.
Controlled Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly required for service delivery — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game software providers — under binding data protection agreements.
NOTICE TO 599jl USERS: By registering an account or continuing to use the 599jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the 599jl platform. This Policy should be read alongside the Terms & Conditions.

5.1 No Sale of Personal Data. 599jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. This is a firm policy commitment, not a conditional statement.
5.2 Service Providers. 599jl shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform. - Security cookies: Used for fraud detection, session integrity checks, and to identify unusual account activity patterns that may indicate unauthorized access.
6.3 Managing Cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from accessing certain platform features, including the ability to log in. Most modern browsers — including Chrome on Android, which many Filipino users use — allow granular cookie management through the browser Settings menu.

11.1 International Data Transfers. Certain third-party service providers used by 599jl — including game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and KYC platforms — may process personal data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, 599jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with the requirements of RA 10173 and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
11.2 Safeguards. Safeguards applied to cross-border transfers include: contractual data protection clauses with the receiving party obligating them to provide equivalent protection to that required under Philippine law; transfer only to jurisdictions with NPC-recognized adequacy; and, where applicable, explicit consent from the data subject where no other safeguard is available.
12.1 Right to Amend. 599jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or data processing practices. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated with each revision.
12.2 Notification of Material Changes.
